Started by Bird's in 1967. Angel delight was created as a way to get children to have more calcium. It is a mousse-like dessert made in four flavours: Banana, Butterscotch, Chocolate, Mint Chocolate & Strawberry. The dessert was named Britain's 'favourite childhood dish' in a 2015 survey by Food Network.
