1. Shipment Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipments typically take 3-9 business days to reach their destination.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, there might be slight delays in shipment processing. We appreciate your patience during these times.

2. Shipping Carrier

  • We primarily use Canada Post for our shipments.
  • After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery. However, most shipments are typically delivered in less than 4 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • All orders shipped within Canada may be subject to local taxes and duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Items We Do Not Ship

  • Frozen items such as pork pies and bacon.
  • Soda or other carbonated beverages that might burst during transit.
  • Candy Bouquets.
  • We reserve the right to decline shipping for any product, especially to locations where shipping costs significantly exceed our standard charges. This includes, but is not limited to, the northern territories.
  • In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

6. Weather-Related Damages

  • Please be aware that during hot weather, certain items like chocolates might melt during transit. Candy Bouquet of St. Albert and candy-bouquet.ca cannot be held responsible for such damages.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to the northern territories and certain locations where shipping costs are prohibitively high.
