5th Avenue Bars are a classic Hershey's choco-peanut butter candy bar.
While the Hershey's name is attached to this vintage American candy bar, it was actually created in 1936 by Luden's Inc. Luden's named the bar "5th Avenue" after the famous New York City Avenue.
In 1986 Luden's was purchased by Hershey's and they would continue making the 5th Avenue Bar until this very day.
FUN FACT: In the early days of this bar it was actually topped with almonds which were removed in the 1990s.
